Specialista Senior / Project Manager
In this role you drive hands?on installation, maintenance, and service for production lines, collaborating with cross?functional teams to ensure reliable equipment and uptime. You will lead installation supervision when needed and nurture commercial relationships to uncover service and upgrade opportunities. The position involves significant travel across Italy (and occasional international travel) and a proactive, flexible approach to dynamic projects. Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with customers
Perform basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on assigned equipment
Act as a supervisor during the installation of production lines or machinery
Coordinate installation activities of lines or machinery,



ensuring smooth execution
Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of provided tools and testing equipment
Identify and contribute to sales opportunities, including spare parts, new contracts, renewals, and system upgrades
Travel across Italy and occasionally abroad for ~200 days per year (Mon-Fri)
Technical diploma from a secondary school (preferably in mechanical or industrial)
Willingness to travel extensively across Italy (~200 days/year, Mon-Fri)
Availability to work on weekends (typically once a month)
Strong written and spoken English and Italian knowledge
Proactive mindset and flexibility in adapting to dynamic work environments
