/li liImplement high quality assurance measures.
/li liArea responsibility for a dedicated production region.
/li liSupport all activities related to the sugar beet seed production.
/li liEnsure production stability at a high marketable level (germination and purity).
/li liApply continuous improvement techniques.
/li liAchieve seed production results at a stable level for yield and high quality.
/li liImplement good production techniques and new technologies.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liResiding in the bFerrara /b area or willing to relocate.
/li liTechnician qualification in agriculture.




/li liSound agricultural know?how, preferably experienced in seed production.
/li liFluent in Italian (mandatory), intermediate English.
/li liHigh flexibility and willingness to travel within production regions.
/li liEffective communication, teamwork, problem?solving skills, delivering results, continuous development.
