/p h3YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE /h3 pAs Content Production Specialist, based in Milan, you will bring your unique strengths to the team, helping us in the operational management of photo and video shootings, in Italy and abroad, supporting the brand's communication, marketing and digital channels.
The role will ensure order, efficiency and quality across the entire production chain, from material preparation to delivery to internal departments, up to the coordination of activities with external video/audio production and post?production partners.
You'll work closely with your team to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow.
/p h3More Specifically You Will /h3 ul liPlan and manage production budgets, timelines, and relationships with internal teams and external suppliers, including creative agencies, photographers, videographers, and post?production partners, ensuring content aligns with marketing strategies.
/li liManage and oversee the day?to?day production of video content for web, social media, and in?store channels.
/li liOwn the end?to?end delivery of all video formats required across Zegna's digital and retail platforms.
/li liCollaborate closely with the internal Creative team, providing guidance, tools,
and production support to deliver high?quality content while meeting tight deadlines.
/li liCoordinate production schedules in line with the seasonal marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of all deliverables.
/li liMonitor project progress from pre?production through final delivery, ensuring raw assets are efficiently transformed into finished content within agreed timelines.
/li liDevelop creative production solutions and contribute innovative ideas to execute briefs effectively across both production and post?production phases.
/li liContinuously research and evaluate new suppliers, directors, filmmakers, editors, emerging trends, technologies, and production techniques to drive innovation and maintain best?in?class creative standards.
/li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liYou have University or bachelor's degree.
/li liYou bring At least 2/3 years of experience in similar roles (production, shooting, content operations) within fashion/luxury or structured creative environments.
/li liProven ability to operate independently, managing priorities and operational decisions without constant supervision.
/li liYou're known for your strong proactivity, with a mindset focused on anticipating problems, proposing solutions, and optimizing processes and workflows.
/li liSolid understanding of video and audio production and post?production processes, and ability to coordinate the work of external partners.
/li liExcellent skills in organizing and managing large volumes of images and videos,
with strong attention to order, folder structure, naming conventions, and the use of asset management tools.
/li liYou communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken, to manage international shootings and partners.
/li liWillingness to travel in Italy and abroad according to shooting calendars and production needs.
/li liExcellent communication and collaboration skills with creative, style office, and operations teams.
/li liStrong attention to detail and accuracy in complex and international environments /li /ul h3WHAT WE OFFER /h3 ul liThe position provides for a base salary between € /li liThe position is expected to be classified within the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Tessile).
The final contractual classification will be determined using objective criteria, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and relevant professional experience.

Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
