/p h3YOUR ROLE /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced Buyer – Utilities Sustainability to join our team.
The successful candidate will support the Procurement and Sustainability functions by managing utilities sourcing activities, coordinating energy procurement strategies across multiple countries, and contributing to the company's decarbonization and ESG reporting initiatives.
/p pThe ideal candidate has solid experience in energy procurement, utilities commodity management, and sustainability projects.
The role is hybrid in Milan .
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage utilities procurement activities across multiple countries, ensuring the implementation of the Scope 2 strategy.
/li liLead energy sourcing initiatives, including PPAs, Guarantees of Origin (GOs), utility contracts, and commodity portfolio management.
/li liMonitor energy markets, support contract negotiations, risk management, and hedging activities.
/li liCollaborate with HSE, Manufacturing, and Sustainability teams to support the decarbonization roadmap.
/li liSupport ESG reporting activities, including CSRD/ESRS disclosures, sustainability questionnaires (CDP, EcoVadis, DJSI), and external audits.
/li liManage sustainability requests from customers and investors, and contribute to supplier sustainability assessments and reporting.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Business,



Engineering, Energy Management, Sustainability, or a related field.
/li liProven experience in Utilities Procurement, Energy Sourcing, Commodity Management, or Sustainability.
/li liKnowledge of energy markets, PPAs, Guarantees of Origin, and ESG reporting frameworks.
/li liStrong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
/li liExperience working in an international environment.
/li liFluent English; Italian is a plus but not mandatory.
