/p h3The Role /h3 pAs Senior Online Marketplace Manager, you'll drive the long-term strategic growth and profitability of the Online Marketplace channel, shaping the direction and commercial strategy for marketplaces within the European Digital Sales business.
Reporting to the E-Commerce Director, you'll be the subject matter expert, aligning with senior leadership to embed e-commerce priorities and establishing scalable operating models for future marketplace expansion.

/p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liDevelop and implement multi-year growth strategies for the European Online Marketplace channel, aligning account roadmaps and investment priorities /li liShape the strategic balance across channels (DTC, Wholesale, Marketplace) to drive growth, profitability, and brand equity /li liTranslate strategy into actionable marketplace plans with clear financial ambition and capability requirements /li liLead and manage online marketplace accounts with key strategic partners, guiding forecasting,
