Experteer Overview As Buyer Far East, you secure materials from Eastern suppliers to meet quality and cost targets, working closely with R&D; to support product development. You will develop sourcing strategies, evaluate suppliers, and lead cost?reduction initiatives to strengthen Technogym's competitive edge. This role blends procurement excellence with international collaboration across Taiwan, Korea, and beyond. You will play a key part in enabling innovation while maintaining ethical, proactive purchasing practices.
Retribuzione / Benefits Scout and evaluate new Eastern suppliers for innovative solutions to ensure material availability
Develop and implement sourcing strategies and performance metrics to monitor supplier performance and drive cost reduction
Lead sourcing projects to achieve productivity and savings targets
Negotiate supplier contracts with favorable terms and conditions

Optimize the supplier base to leverage procurement spend for competitive advantage
Responsabilità Master's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
Comprehensive knowledge of purchasing processes, procurement strategies, and sourcing techniques
Strong negotiation skills with ability to secure favorable terms and build long?term relationships
Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus
