You will draft and negotiate a range of technology-related agreements while managing risk and building scalable, AI-powered legal tools.

/p ul liSupport cross-border acquisitions: due diligence, analyzing and drafting transaction documents, and post-completion integration /li liAdvise on financing and capital matters in collaboration with Finance team (debt/equity, investments, equity plans)
