Events Coordinator - Bvlgari Hotel Milano
In this role you will plan and oversee hotel banqueting events, promoting and selling the banqueting service to meet F&B; revenue targets. You will manage leads from inquiry to event completion and coordinate with the Sales team to achieve budgeted goals. You'll gather event details, ensure client needs are met, and uphold brand standards during set-up and execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless events and build long-term client relationships. This position offers the chance to shape memorable events while driving revenue and customer satisfaction.
Manage end-to-end catering requests from inquiry to event completion
Solicit and secure banqueting business to meet revenue targets
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders for event delivery




Prepare tailored proposals and contracts in line with sales guidelines
Maintain event setup quality and be available during events to ensure smooth execution
Report regularly on banqueting performance and market trends
Represent the brand image and collaborate with other hotel departments
2 years of experience in the Sales department with progressive growth
Proven track record of sales results and established client database (highly desired)
University degree
Fluent Italian (native) and English; second foreign language preferred
