3-5 years of frontend development experience with a track record of delivering web applications
Experience with design systems and component libraries (Storybook, Headless UI, Tailwind CSS)
Knowledge of modern frontend build systems (Vite, Rollup, Nx/Turborepo) and APIs (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets)
Ownership of production Node.js applications, observability/logging, and testing (unit/integration/E2E)
Performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, code splitting, caching)
