/p h3Your Role: /h3 pProvide medical care to both passengers and crew, working as part of a structured onboard medical department under the supervision of a Medical Director.
/p h3Requirements: /h3 ul liMedical Degree and specialization (Anesthesiology, Emergency Medicine, Critical Care, or other relevant specializations) /li liMinimum 3 years post-grad clinical experience /li liAt least 6 months in emergency settings (ER, ICU, ambulance, etc.) /li liEnrollment in Italian Doctors Professional Order (Ordine Provinciale dei Medici Chirurghi ed Odontoiatri) /li liFluent in English (B2 level or higher) and in Italian (B1) /li liValid ACLS, ATLS, APLS (or equivalent)



/li liWillingness to work onboard ~6 months/year (split into 3-4 month contracts) /li liCompulsory certification for navigation (STCW) or willingness to obtain the courses /li liStrong clinical documentation IT skills /li /ul h3Important for EU Doctors: /h3 pEU candidates must have their qualifications recognized by the Italian Ministry of Health, be registered with an Italian Medical Council, and obtain a Medico di Bordo license.
