/ph3Partner with the best /h3h3You will be responsible for NPD deck digital programs and projects execution, working with all engineering departments, program and product managers, contributing to the development and success of service products, solutions, and systems.
You will also connect Digital Services Sales and Commercial team members with the iCenter Digital Services team, processes, and resources, supporting on digital offering and enabling customer discussions.
You should be able to work with cross-functional and cross-disciplinary teams, applying system engineering methodologies such as requirements definition, system architecture and integration, analysis, configuration management and risk management during the design phase of products.
/h3pAs Senior Systems Engineer - Digital Services, you will be responsible for: /ppYou will be responsible for: /ph3Systems Engineering Requirements Management /h3ulliSupport the design and development of digital NPDs using a Systems Engineering approach.
/liliManage requirements definition, breakdown, prioritization, and flow?down across software/analytics architecture, subsystems, products, and components.
/liliCreate and maintain requirement specifications, Functional Design Specifications, and design review materials.
/liliMaintain a deep understanding of system intended use, expected capabilities, and subsystem/component interactions.




/li /ulh3Technology Assesment System Design /h3ulliAssess and categorize new technologies and products to ensure alignment with system requirements and design intent.
/liliProvide technical leadership to discipline teams and lead system?level design reviews; contribute to broader program and product line reviews.
/li /ulh3Verification, Validation Lifecycle Management /h3ulliSupport system?level validation and verification activities, including testing and performance assessment.
/liliManage the lifecycle of digital service solutions after deployment.
/liliDevelop action plans to address technical issues or problems.
/li /ulh3Stakeholder Cross?Functional Collaboration /h3ulliEstablish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are understood and met.
/liliCollaborate with other functional digital services teams, including software, infrastructure, data science, service delivery, and digital product leadership.
/liliPrepare and present technical reports to internal and external customers.
/li /ulh3Fuel your passion /h3pTo be successful in this role you will: /pulliHave a Bachelor/Masters' degree in Engineering or equivalent /liliHave great knowledge of core IET products and services and proven experience in the OEM Digital Services area /liliHave strong ability to identify a goal or objective and develop plans and strategies /liliHave positive attitude about performance and teamwork /liliDemonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity /liliComfortable in Agile environments, with a problem-solving mindset /liliBe fluent both in English and in Italian (oral and written) and hold an EU passport or work permit /li /ulh3Desired Requirements /h3ulliHave Knowledge of appropriate and relevant Industry Specifications,
