/p h3Your Challenge /h3 pAs bJunior Technical Sales Specialist /b, you will have the opportunity to join a bstructured and high-paced environment /b to learn, grow and leave your sign.
You will support the team in technical and commercial activities related to our product portfolio: bstandalone protection relays for power distribution and transmission applications /b and bPower Quality instruments /b.
You will work side by side with our experts, who combine an extensive technical knowledge with a deep understanding of the PA PRO market dynamics.
The role is designed to progressively build btechnical, application and commercial skills /b, with the goal of becoming, over time, a reliable reference for PA PRO products for both customers and internal sales teams.
Meanwhile, you will have the chance to build the growth of the PA PRO business, one of the key focus areas of our Business Unit.
/p h3Your main activities /h3 pbTechnical Commercial Support /b /p ul liSupport the Sales team in the preparation of technical solutions for protection relays, power quality and energy automation product /li liAssist in collecting and understanding customer technical requirements /li liContribute to the selection of the most suitable product according to the application /li liCollect feedback on the usage and applications of our Products,



transfer it to your counterparts in our Headquarters in Germany and contribute to the development of new products /li /ul pbPre-Sales Offering /b /p ul liSupport product configuration using Siemens tools /li liAssist in verifying the technical feasibility of proposed solutions /li liContribute to the preparation of technical documentation (basic configurations, user manuals, application notes) /li /ul pbCustomer Internal Support /b /p ul liSupport post-sales activities on basic technical topics /li liCollaborate with Sales, Service and HQ teams to manage technical requests from customers: you will become reference for our customers during real-world usage of our products.
/li liParticipate, together with senior colleagues, in technical meetings with customers when required /li /ul pbMarket analysis and business development /b /p ul liWith your increasing technical and market know-how, you will play a big role in contributing to the development of new business models and customer partnerships to expand the adoption of our products and services at our existing and new customers.
/li /ul pbIndustry standardization /b /p ul liAs a lead player in the Worldwide Electrotechnical industry, Siemens takes part in several industrial standardization committees: you will have the opportunity to work closely with who is shaping the technical rules for connecting equipment and systems to Italy's electrical distribution networks.
/li /ul pbLearning Development /b /p ul liAttend technical and commercial training programs focused on protection relays, in Italy and in our Headquarters in Germany.
/li liBuild knowledge of power distribution systems, protection concepts and standards /li liDevelop technical communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset /li /ul h3Required entry qualifications /h3 ul liYou are under 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract /li liThis position is suitable for graduates or early-career candidates.
Previous experience is not mandatory: what matters most is motivation, curiosity and willingness to learn.
