/p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liProvideb on-site desktop supp /bort for users, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
/li liTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
/li liInstall, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals.
/li liEnsure the deployment of operating systems, updates, and software packages.
/li liWork with the IT team to resolve and escalation issues as needed.
/li liPerform routine system audits and ensure systems are up-to-date and secure.
/li liProvide end-user training and technical documentation where necessary.
/li liCollaborate with team members and manage support tickets for various internal stakeholders.
/li /ul h3Required Skills Qualifications: /h3 ul li3+ years of experience in Desktop Support or similar roles.
/li liStrong experience with Windows OS, Mac OS, and Linux environments.
/li liExperience with Active Directory for user management, group policies, and security.
/li liProficient with remote desktop tools and troubleshooting techniques.




/li liExperience with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
/li liStrong knowledge of MS Office Suite and other productivity software.
/li liExpertise in hardware diagnostics, repair, and replacements.
/li liKnowledge of system imaging and software deployment tools (e.g., SCCM, MDT).
/li liFamiliar with ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
/li liStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
/li liAbility to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
/li libFluency in Italian and English B2.
