In this role you will support the development, implementation, and maintenance of Environmental, Health, and Safety programs at Crown Packaging Italy. You will ensure compliance with local, national, and company EHS standards while promoting a safe work environment. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in EHS performance and training. This is an opportunity to shape safety culture and enforce strong regulatory practices in a manufacturing setting.
Develop, implement, and improve EHS management systems (hazard communication, lockout/tagout, confined spaces, emergency preparedness)
Conduct EHS inspections, audits, and risk assessments
Investigate EHS incidents and near-misses; determine root causes and corrective actions
Prepare and submit EHS reports to stakeholders and regulators
Monitor EHS performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
Ensure compliance with D.Lgs. ***** and D.Lgs.

Oversee workers' uniforms and PPE management
Bachelor in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field
1 year of EHS experience in manufacturing, preferably packaging
Strong knowledge of Italian EHS legislation (D.Lgs. *****, ******) and EU directives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training and influencing employees
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to conduct investigations and root cause analysis
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
