This role requires strong expertise in the payments industry, including deep knowledge of card payment systems, card scheme standards, POS systems, and hotel PMS applications.
/p pYou will act as a key technical partner to client-facing teams such as Sales, Account Management, and Partnerships, providing technical guidance, supporting new business opportunities, and ensuring successful integrations for existing clients.
You will also lead and coordinate the RFI/RFP process in collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Sales Engineering, Finance, Legal, Product, and other relevant departments.
/p h3Main responsibilities: /h3 ul liDevelop a deep understanding of the payments and financial technology industry and effectively communicate the Global Blue technology stack and value proposition /li liPresent solution-based sales proposals to large audiences, including internal training sessions and client/partner meetings /li liAct as Subject Matter Expert on the Global Blue platform and solutions /li liReview incoming technical requests and provide responses to Sales, Account Management, and other client-facing teams /li liLead pre-sales and technical integration calls across hotel and retail POS, e-commerce, and mobile integrations, including preparation, research, and documentation (meeting minutes) /li liAttend conferences, presentations,
