/p h3Your role /h3 pWe are looking for an analytical Category Development Assistant to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing data analysis, monitoring businesses and supporting the Category team in developing new categories.
This role requires analytical skills, as well as communication skills, creative thinking and flexibility to change.




/p pMain success factors include the ability to read results and analyze data, effective communication, quick comprehension of complex environment and management of strict deadlines.
/p h3Main responsibilities: /h3 ul liData Analysis: run periodic and ad hoc analysis on specific business areas, being able to explain variances versus different scenario (Budget, Prior Year, etc...) /li liReports Presentations: update and prepare reports to analyze and present category performance, sales trends, and market insights.
/li liCollaborate with the Category Manager to develop and execute strategies for category growth and profitability.
/li liLiaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of any issues.
/li /ul h3Main requirements: /h3 ul liEducational Background in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
/li liStrong problem?solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
/li liExperience with data analysis /li liCreative thinking /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present data and insights in a clear and compelling manner.
