To strengthen our Finance Team, we're looking for a bGlobal Controller /b based in the headquarters of Fidenza (PR).
/p h3The role /h3 pReporting to the Deputy CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing the Group's financial planning, reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring the accuracy, consistency and reliability of financial information across all subsidiaries.
/p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate and support the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial reporting.
/li liMonitor financial performance against budget, forecast and prior year results.
/li liPerform in-depth analysis of financial results, identifying trends, risks, opportunities and areas requiring management attention.
/li liEnsure compliance with Group accounting policies, IFRS and applicable local accounting standards.

Review of Subsidiary Financial Statements /h3 ul liObtain, review and critically analyze monthly and annual financial statements prepared by each subsidiary.
/li liIdentify accounting inconsistencies, unusual transactions, potential errors or misstatements, and work with local finance teams to implement corrective actions.
/li liMonitor the quality and reliability of financial reporting processes within subsidiaries.
/li liPromote continuous improvement and harmonization of accounting and reporting practices across all Group entities.

Budgeting, Forecasting and Performance Management /h3 ul liCoordinate and consolidate the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes across the Group.




/li liAnalyze variances against budget and forecast, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
/li liMonitor key financial performance indicators, including revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, PAT, working capital and Free Cash Flow.
/li liSupport management in evaluating business initiatives, investments and operational decisions through financial analysis and scenario modelling.

Business Partnership Continuous Improvement /h3 ul liAct as a trusted business partner for local finance teams and operational managers.
/li liProvide proactive recommendations to improve financial performance, operational efficiency and cash generation.
/li liIdentify process weaknesses and propose practical solutions to enhance reporting quality and internal controls.
/li liSupport special projects including acquisitions, integrations, system implementations, organizational changes and strategic initiatives.
/li liContribute to the ongoing development of finance processes, reporting tools and performance management frameworks.
/li /ul h3Required skills /h3 pThe Global Controller operates in a fast-paced international environment and is expected to demonstrate a proactive mindset, strong analytical capabilities, flexibility, problem-solving attitude and the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities.
/p ul liMandatory previous experience in Business Partner Controller or Finance Manager roles; /li liStrong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP; /li liAdvanced Excel and financial modeling skills; /li liPreferrable experience with SAP.
