/li /brliYou drive AI-native product evolution — designing agents, skills and workflows that improve clinician and patient experience.
/li /brliYou act as the bridge between the Italian team and the wider AIS DE engineering organisation, ensuring strong collaboration, knowledge sharing and consistency.

with proven technical leadership.
/li /brliSolid command of modern web stacks and cloud/DevOps practices.
/li /brliEffective use of AI in software engineering; hands?on experience with Claude Code (agents, skills, workflows) is preferred; AI pipelines, harnesses and context engineering are a strong plus.
/li /brliStrong problem solving, innovation, proactivity, healthcare-purpose alignment and entrepreneurship.
/li /brliFluent English; preferably based in Italy.
