ppManager / Team Leader /p pIn this Finance Business Partner role, you oversee accounting, tax, legal, reporting and control for the Italian subsidiary, partnering with the General Manager to drive performance.
You align local activities with group standards and US GAAP, ensuring timely, accurate management and statutory reporting.
You support business decisions with insightful analyses and KPI reporting, coordinating budgeting and forecasting with the central FPA.
This position combines technical accounting with strategic business partnering to enable growth and risk management in a multinational context.
/p ul liCoordinate accounting, tax and legal activities across the subsidiary and ensure compliance with group accounting principles, US GAAP and local GAAP /li liEnsure timely production of accurate management and statutory reporting /li liPrepare, audit and file statutory accounts within local and group deadlines /li liManage tax matters including timely tax returns,



payments and tax reporting; address tax questions from the group /li liCollaborate with group legal manager to maintain controls over legal risks /li liProvide local and group management with business partnering, reports and analyses /li liProduce monthly reports and KPIs to drive efficiency in teams and processes /li liDeliver monthly PL and headcount reporting with variance analysis /li liCoordinate monthly RO/Forecast with variance analysis /li liCoordinate with Central FPA for annual budget process and other required reporting /li liManage Power BI reporting and related tools for reporting and financial analysis /li liBachelor/Master in finance or related field /li liExperience in multinational company environment /li liStrong technical finance and accounting skills plus finance business partnering experience /li liSolid understanding of local finance and accounting regulations /li liExperience with ERP and BI tools (SAP / Power BI) /li liFluent in Italian and English; other languages a plus /li /ul pIn this Finance Business Partner role, you oversee accounting, tax, legal, reporting and control for the Italian subsidiary, partnering with... /p /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
