/p h3About your opportunity /h3 pAs the Statutory Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee delivery of third party and statutory maintenance on Seqwater's built assets in accordance with relevant statutory regulations and standards at all operational sites.
You will lead a team who conduct regular inspections to ensure asset compliance, maintain accurate documentation, and oversee and monitor contractor management including contracts.
/p pThis role is responsible for: /p ul lipLead a team responsible for delivering statutory maintenance compliance across built assets, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
/p /li lipManage inspection and audit programs, contractor performance, and statutory maintenance contracts.
/p /li lipCollaborate with maintenance planning and asset management teams to meet compliance obligations and support asset lifecycle decisions.
/p /li lipDevelop and improve maintenance procedures, contract performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
/p /li lipSupervise contractors and ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with WHS, quality, and environmental requirements.
/p /li lipRespond to unplanned maintenance and emergency incidents, including participation in an on-call roster.
/p /li lipFoster collaboration, drive operational excellence, and uphold organisational values, policies, and procedures.
/p /li /ul pAppointment to this role is subject to the provision of a national police check and may be subject to other medical/character requirements.

/p h3About you /h3 pTo be successful in this role, you will possess: /p ul lipAssociate Diploma in Engineering, or appropriate trade qualification.
/p /li lipSound experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
/p /li lipPossess a current "C" class Queensland Drivers Licence /p /li lipStrong demonstrated experience in Contractor management.
/p /li lipHigh level knowledge and understanding of the scope, function and nature of the statutory requirements of all assets used in water treatment and bulk water storage.
Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety, environmental and EEO legislation (desirable).
/p /li lipStrong demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders, with particular emphasis on consultation, advocacy, negotiation, influencing, conflict resolution and assertiveness.
/p /li lipExperience in Managing Contracts and Contractors in performing Regulatory and Legislative tasks (desirable) /p /li /ul bThis position has a competitive salary range of $145,350 - $159,885 per annum (dependant on experience) plus *****% superannuation and is full-time, permanent.
Overtime and allowances may apply.
