/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManaging all correspondence with our customers by telephone and e?mail with a high quality assistance level /li liProcessing requests and complaints from customers (for example manage card blocking, pin generation, shipment tracking, limit exceeding) /li liMaintaining the quality of customer information in a CRM /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree /li liPrevious customer service experience in a commercial service company (at least 2 years)



/li liFamiliar with payment monitoring and cash collection /li liFamiliar with MS Office /li liExcellent communicative skills /li liStrong customer orientation /liliProactivity and high attention to details /li liGood team player /li liItalian fluency written and spoken (mandatory) /li liGood knowledge of the English language (B2 level) /li /ul pThis position can be full?time or part?time (min. 30h/week).
