ph3Role Summary /h3 pAs part of our Global Lean Management Team, you share responsibility for the development and implementation of the Lean strategy for the Life Science Environment division of MANN+HUMMEL GmbH and report to the Director Global Production LSE.
/p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlanning and implementing the Lean strategy for the Life Science Environment division /li liEnsuring Operational Excellence and its contribution to day-to-day business /li liDeveloping and delivering training as well as coaching for managers and Lean experts /li liEstablishing and actively managing value stream development across the plants /li liStandardizing and sustainably embedding Lean principles and Lean tools, as well as continuously improving them /li liLeading, facilitating, and following up on workshops /li liDeveloping and conducting Lean assessments at the plants /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liEducation: You have successfully completed a technical degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, or a related field, or possess a comparable qualification /li liExperience: Several years of solid experience in a Lean-focused environment within a company with a strong Lean culture, particularly in Operations, SCM, or Logistics /li liExpertise: ul liExperience in developing and implementing Lean strategies, ideally in globally operating companies /li liKnowledge and experience in executing Lean projects, training, and standardization /li liExperience managing technical projects across multiple plants within an international network /li liExperience in implementing and promoting a continuous improvement culture (e.g., project management, Kaizen, Six Sigma) /li liStrong MS Office and SAP (PP module) skills /li /ul /li liLanguage Skills: Fluent in English and German /li liPersonality:
ul liAn analytically strong manager/doer with a clear focus on efficiency and effectiveness in operational processes /li liHands?on mentality and experience in a dynamic work environment /li liDetermination and persistence, combined with a strong sense of teamwork /li liEmpathetic communication skills across all levels (from shopfloor to management) /li liHigh willingness to travel (50%–75%), including extended stays in the USA /li liStrong ambition and potential to grow into an operational leadership role within 2–3 years.
