As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will lead the execution of ETO Rotary orders and drive continuous improvement across engineering, operations, and manufacturing.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure project requirements are met from kickoff to delivery.
You will steer technical discussions, guide design and manufacturing colleagues, and manage communications with customers, vendors, and packagers.

Lead and coordinate project execution focusing on item selection, vendor alignment, and handling contractual documentation with customers
Steer and align efforts across Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Engineering
Conduct or participate in technical reviews of requirements, designs, and standards




Make critical decisions, organize topics, and prioritize work to meet business objectives
Demonstrate resilience under stress and maintain a cooperative, solution-oriented demeanor
Travel internationally up to 20% for customer meetings
Industrial machinery competency
Industrial equipment specifications and documentation workflows
Basic familiarity with compressor subsystems (gearbox, lubrication, intercoolers, controls)
Ability to use 3D model software (plus)
Excellent communication and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (SAP/WinChill knowledge is a plus)
Autonomy with ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
