Join us in Rome, Italy, as a Night Shift Front‐Desk & Service Associate. This role combines hospitality service, bar support and overnight duty to create a welcoming, safe environment for guests and staff.
Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm and efficient welcome from arrival to departure.
Prepare cocktails, drinks and light snacks, maintaining high service standards and smooth bar flow.
Assist with breakfast buffet preparation and set tables for the next morning.
Oversee overnight operations, manage house security and guest safety.
Complete end‐of‐day closing duties diligently to keep operations running smoothly.
Share local knowledge with guests, recommending city attractions and hotspots.
Qualifications
Previous hospitality experience preferred; knowledge of mise‐en‐place is a plus.
Strong night‐shift orientation with reliability and punctuality.
Excellent multitasking, communication and problem‐solving skills.




Empathy and enthusiasm for team collaboration and guest interaction.
Fluent in Italian and English.
