Tasks and activities The scope of activities may include: Translating client requirements into clear technical specifications through close collaboration with consultants and business analysts. Designing and customising Dynamics modules to meet business needs. Developing client‐side scripts, plugins, and integrations to extend Dynamics functionality with a strong focus on UI/UX. Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve performance, and drive innovation within Dynamics development. Designing and implementing data integrations between Dynamics and external systems using industry‐standard tools. Using Dynamics 365 analytics and Power BI to deliver actionable customer insights.
