Roboze is reshaping the manufacturing industry and revolutionizing the world of 3D printing with the most precise technology for high-performance super materials, producing parts on demand at a local level through its network of distributed microfactories — enabling companies to reduce costs and lead times by shortening their supply chain phases and digitalizing inventory. Roboze's mission is to accelerate the world's transition toward sustainable manufacturing! At Roboze, we hire the best to encourage TALENT to give their best, providing them with the right approach, methodology, and tools to make a lasting impact. We embrace mistakes and autonomous decision-making with the growth of the entire company in mind, not just a single team or department. For us, success is the result of the quality of daily work. Results give us the strength to grow as a company and as a team! At the heart of Roboze lies passion, the desire to innovate, to turn dreams into successful projects, to always welcome talent and nurture new ones around a shared purpose. We are at the beginning of a new phase of our evolution — as human beings and as entrepreneurs. We stand at the threshold of a new way of creating innovation: the only viable path is a sustainable future for everyone. We are looking for an EHS & Facility Specialist to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of everyone working at Roboze, while overseeing the management and efficiency of the company's spaces and facilities. This is a cross-functional, hands-on, high-impact role: the person in this position contributes every day to building a safe, compliant work environment that meets the standards of a company striving for excellence. Support the Employer, RSPP, and EHS support in managing the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS),

in compliance with Legislative Decree 81/08 and subsequent amendments. Serve as ASPP, actively participating in risk assessment, updating the DVR, and defining prevention and protection measures. Plan and conduct periodic inspections of work environments, identifying risk situations and proposing corrective actions. Organize and manage mandatory safety training (courses, fire drills, evacuation exercises), monitoring deadlines and attendance. Monitor environmental compliance (waste, emissions, discharges) and ensure regulatory adherence. Oversee PPE management: selection, procurement, distribution, verification of correct usage, and maintenance of the register and mandatory training records. Manage routine and extraordinary maintenance of company facilities and spaces, coordinating external suppliers and maintenance providers. Supervise service contracts related to cleaning, physical security, waste management, and electrical, thermal, and fire prevention system maintenance. Support the planning and coordination of any fit-out or regulatory compliance works. Monitor energy consumption, identifying efficiency improvement and sustainability opportunities. Manage relationships with public bodies, regulatory authorities (ASL, Fire Department, INAIL), and external consultants on safety and environmental matters. Produce periodic reports on safety KPIs (injuries, near misses, training hours, inspections)

and facility KPIs (maintenance costs, consumption). Contribute to the update of operational procedures, safety instructions, and HSE documentation. Actively promote a safety culture throughout the company, collaborating with all departments to spread awareness and responsible behavior. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Safety, or related fields). ~2–3 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments. In-depth knowledge of Legislative Decree 81/08 and current regulations on health, safety, and environment. Experience in drafting and updating the DVR, managing health surveillance, and organizing HSE training plans. Familiarity with facility service contracts. Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite; knowledge of ERP management software is a plus. People who think big and act fast without fear of making mistakes. People ready to face challenges with energy and determination, demonstrating and spreading an entrepreneurial and digital mindset. We believe that technological progress is an expression of human progress, but as human beings, people are at the center of everything for us. People design our 3D printing technology that helps innovators create a new future of manufacturing on a global scale. We are building a world where efficiency meets sustainability, where people focus on big ideas and projects to bring value back into the company, developing the next generation of talented professionals to create the world of tomorrow. We offer a work environment that affirms the uniqueness of each individual and enables them to achieve their professional goals both within the company and in an increasingly globalized industry.
