On behalf of an important Cosmetics Company we are looking for a: Financial & Business Controller Reporting directly to the CFO, your mission will be to support financial planning and controlling activities, ensuring accurate reporting, business analysis, and cross-functional support to drive company performance and efficiency. Prepare and improve management reporting and profitability analyses to support business decisions. Perform variance analyses and ad hoc financial analyses, providing actionable recommendations. Support financial evaluation of investments and cost optimization initiatives. Develop and enhance reporting tools and dashboards in collaboration with Headquarters. Participate in process improvement and system development projects, including AI-related tools. Partner with internal departments, including Sales, on budgeting, forecasting,



and customer-related analyses.
