**The Team**

**The Position**
The Back Office Specialist contributes to the achievement of store objectives, ensuring optimal management of warehouse and administrative processes,
as well as compiling target files/business analysis and email management.
Operation:
+ Supports the relevant Deputy in the proper management of the Store accounting cycle (deposits, invoicing, tax free etc.)
+ Ensures exchange of information between headquarters and store through updating StoreiQ bulletin board/supervision
Sales & KPIs:
+ Ensures visibility and control of Store KPIs through data mining and business analysis processing.

+ Dynamism, pro-activity
+ Strong operational and organizational skills
+ Excellent aptitude for the use of computer tools
+ Ability to manage and archive data
+ Sensitivity in reading KPIs
+ Fluency in oral and written communication in English
