This job is open to internal candidates in the Iveco Group only. brPrimary function: brEmpower System Integration to fit ICE to vehicle at the best, by capturing vehicle requirements at early stage and granting a clean and effective management at Truck and Bus Technical Table. brActs as the primary interface for transforming vehicle requirements into ICE system targets and requirements. brEssential Responsibilities: brProviding clear project scope and expectations to the PWT Technical Team brDefining system integration strategy, building and maintaining system integration plan / integrated validation plan brPrioritizing the activities within the respective Technical Team, according to Projects milestones brProject status tracking, ensuring system readiness at each integration milestone, through specific KPI monitoring brSingle PWT point of contact within the Truck Bus Project Tables for PWT Technical Team risks and issues tracking brPWT Integration report review with Truck Bus Project Tables brRequirements:



br~ Degree in Automotive, Mechatronic, Electronic or System Engineering br~ Fluent English and Italian, written and spoken, German is a plus br~5-7 years’ experience of ICE application development br~ Overall vehicle system's understanding, with focus on vehicle systems impacting ICE/ATS (e.G air intake system, cooling system, fuel system, exhaust system, etc)br~ Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to investigate root causes beyond initial findings br~ Effective communication and seamless collaboration across Powertrain and Vehicle teams within global programs br~ Strong understanding and practical application of risk management methodologies (e.G. FMEA, risk assessment, mitigation planning)brbrDigital Skills: brMS Office brPolarion brD.I.M. brAvailability to Travel: br~ Expected % of Time: ≈ 20%
