In this role, you will coordinate end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring efficient deliveries, accurate documentation, and seamless collaboration with internal teams, customers, and logistics partners. /ppbr/ppstrongWhat You'll Do /strong /ppAs a Logistics Specialist, you will work closely with the Sales Team, Sales Support Team and other Functional departments and support the logistics process across Italy. Your main responsibilities will include: /ppbr/pulliCoordinating domestic and international shipments from order to delivery. /liliManaging logistics documentation, shipping records, and inventory reporting. /liliPreparing logistics quotations and supporting Sales with project logistics planning. /liliMonitoring delivery schedules, tracking shipments, and communicating ETAs to customers. /liliCoordinating with freight forwarders, warehouses, HQ, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations. /liliSupporting contract reviews and providing logistics solutions for customer projects. /liliMaintaining ERP and supply chain systems while ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.
