Senior Finance Officer will be responsible for managing mainly on Accounts Payable supporting other finance related activities. And taking care of local statutory things for our growing Italy region. /ppbr/ppstrongFinance support /strong /pulliReconcile and process vendor invoices for payment; /liliManaging and uploaded customer invoices and credit notes on SDI Portal; /liliSupport India Team for Customer invoices collection for non-payments; /liliVendor empanelment and creation in system; /liliRaise purchase requisition, purchase order and any related procurements matters; /liliVerification and check of all vendor/supplier invoices received upload to SAP Portal for further process; /liliPayments follow up with India P2P Team to ensure that payments releases happen on or before its due date; /liliAssist in monthly/quarter books closure and annual audits; /liliParticipate and support process and systems improvement; /liliOther finance-related works and administrative support pertain to law of land taking care of statutory requirements required locally; /liliSupport local leadership team from Finance end; /liliMonthly submission of ISTAT questionnaires and completion of outstanding mandatory surveys, or coordination with local consultants to complete; /liliWorking supporting for RD tax credits in collaboration with our consultants/auditor.
