The MES Specialist supports the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Manufacturing Execution Systems, acting as a key link between Production, Engineering, Automation, and IT. The role contributes to the plant's digital transformation by improving process visibility, traceability, data accuracy, and operational efficiency. /pp Main Responsibilities /pulli Support the implementation and continuous improvement of MES solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate standards. /lili Provide training and operational support to production teams, promoting the effective use of MES tools and processes. /lili Maintain MES master data, including product information, production parameters, quality controls, and user profiles. /lili Manage Track Trace activities and serve as the first point of contact for MES-related operational issues. /lili Analyze production data, monitor KPIs, and support troubleshooting and problem-solving activities. /lili Identify and drive digital improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing performance, reliability, and efficiency. /lili Collaborate with Engineering on Industry 4.0 and 5.0 projects, ensuring integration between MES, machinery, PLCs, and automation systems. /lili Support manufacturing digitalization through enhanced traceability,
