Stay hands-on in electrical design while providing technical leadership for mission-critical facilities, coordinating engineers and SMEs across multidisciplinary teams. Own design quality, standards, and deliverables; br / mentor the wider team;br / act as client-facing technical lead; br / and guide value engineering and technical decision-making through to site commissioning.
