CATERING BOH SUPERINTENDENT brLe informazioni riportate di seguito illustrano i requisiti del ruolo, l'esperienza richiesta ai candidati e le qualifiche associate. br$ - $ Euros plus 5% bonus brmonthly housing stipend and car allowance on top. brPosition Summary brReporting directly to the Site Team Manager-Newbuild and Commissioning, Superintend serves bras a key Owner’s Representative within the Newbuild organization, responsible for overseeing brand monitoring shipyard execution, subcontractor performance, and supplier deliverables brrelated to outfitting, back-of-house (BOH), and associated vessel installations throughout the bryacht construction lifecycle. brThis role is responsible for ensuring all assigned systems, equipment, and installations are brexecuted in accordance with the Shipbuilding Contract, approved technical specifications, brclassification requirements, regulatory standards, quality expectations, and project delivery brmilestones. Acting as an extension of the Owner’s Newbuild organization, the Inspector brprovides technical oversight, operational guidance, quality assurance, and proactive issue brresolution to support timely vessel delivery, commissioning activities, and operational brreadiness. brThe position requires extensive cruise and yacht newbuild experience, with strong technical brknowledge across marine outfitting, safety systems, shipboard operations, and construction brmethodologies. The Inspector will work collaboratively with the shipyard, architects, brconsultants, classification societies, suppliers, operational stakeholders, and cross-functional brproject teams to support successful execution of the project from design review through final brdelivery and commissioning. brThis role plays a critical function in strengthening shipyard accountability, enforcing contractual brand quality standards, supporting integrated commissioning efforts, minimizing delivery risk, brand ensuring the vessel is delivered in alignment with Owner expectations, operational brrequirements, and premium luxury brand standards.



brThis position is located onsite at the Shipyards, you will be required to walk extensively, lift up to 20KG, climb scaffolding ladders and work in a construction zone. brKey Responsibilities brNewbuild Oversight Execution br•Provide on-site Owner representation and technical oversight for all assigned outfitting, BOH systems throughout construction, testing, commissioning, and delivery phases. br•Monitor shipyard progress, workmanship quality, installation sequencing, and contractor performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules. br•Support enforcement of quality assurance and quality control standards across all assigned scopes of work. br•Identify construction, installation, operational, and delivery risks proactively and collaborate with project stakeholders to develop timely corrective actions and mitigation plans. br•Ensure all deliverables support operational readiness, guest experience expectations, crew functionality, safety compliance, and premium yacht standards. br•Support integrated commissioning activities and ensure systems transition effectively brfrom construction through operational acceptance. brTechnical Operational Responsibilities brPrimary areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
