ph3Overview /h3 pbJob Description /b DXC Technology is looking for a bBid Manager /b to support mainly our Commercial and Public Sector deals within our Sales Support organization. The Bid Manager provides leadership and guides the teams, stakeholders and clients throughout the engagement life cycle. He performs an active role in the definition and execution of the strategy and client engagement plan. The Bid Manager works with the sales lead in deal qualification activities and client engagement. He leads the pursuit team using Agile methods. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liIs SPOC for the client, third parties and partners regarding tender procurement and planning matters; /li liIs part of the pursuit leadership team /li liDevelops, owns and maintains a pursuit plan; /li liForecasts and requests resource against the agreed plan and client requirements; /li liDevelops and Manages the pursuit budget within affordability guidelines; /li liOversees and takes responsibility for the quality and timeliness of all client deliverables across all work streams; /li liResponsible for end to end project management of the pursuit, managing risks and issues; /li liCommunicates and reinforces sales strategy and client requirements to the pursuit team; /li liPlans, prepares and participates in client meetings,



workshops and presentations; /li liSupports sales lead in the interaction with grouping alliance partners /li /ul h3Key Skills And Experience Required /h3 ul liTypically 3-7+ years of experience in large pursuit management or technical consultative selling, solution/account management, Project Management within ITC sector; /li liPreferable experience in Italy public procurement process /li liNetworking market knowledge (local integrators, vendors, third party service providers); /li liProven experience in leading multiple remote, cross-disciplinary teams, within a global or complex regional scope; /li liAbility to work as the lead for large complex projects; /li liAdaptive Project Management skills utilizing best method dependent on the size and complexity of the project; /li liUnderstanding of Technical and solution factors in IT industry, preferably in Applications, Analytics, ITO, Workplace, Security; /li liFamiliarity or experience with Agile concepts; PMI, Prince2, Scrum Master certification appreciated. /li liStrong communications skills - verbal, written, and presentation skills; /li liItalian Mother tongue; Fluency in English - both verbal and written (Upper Intermediate / Advanced); /li liFirst-level university degree required; advanced university degree preferred; /li /ul pLocation: Rome with lavoro da remoto possibility. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
