We are looking for a person enthusiastic about HR, who wants to acquire an overview of the HR function and develop organisational and communication skills, proactively contributing to projects’ development and bringing his/her knowledge and expertise gained during years of study, with a particular focus on recruiting processes.

Supporting retail recruiting process by publishing announcements, screening received CVs, conducting selection interviews, and presenting candidates to store managers;

Proactively ensuring correct execution of assigned activities, collaborating with internal brand functions and the rest of the HR team;

Administrative and reporting activities;

Processing data and presentations to support the team;

Involvement in specific activities periodically identified by the tutor;

Condizioni professionali

Degree in law, humanities or economics;

Complete knowledge of MS Office, with particular focus on xlwpduy Excel and PowerPoint, and good familiarity with computer systems;

Organisational skills and ability to manage assignments on time, with accuracy and proactivity;

Confidentiality;

Result orientation;

Good communication and interpersonal skills;

Flexibility, willingness to change and strong problem‑solving skills;

Basic knowledge of search and selection processes will be considered nice to have;

Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English.
