This role is ideal for a senior network professional with extensive experience designing, implementing, and supporting complex enterprise network infrastructures within mission-critical environments. /ppbr / /ppWorking as part of a highly skilled team, you will provide advanced Level 3 network support, resolve high-impact incidents, contribute to network optimisation initiatives, and support the delivery of infrastructure projects across secure, multi-domain environments. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliProvide advanced Level 3 support for complex enterprise network environments. /liliLead the technical resolution of critical network incidents and implement long-term solutions. /liliDesign, implement, and support enterprise routing and switching infrastructures. /liliPlan and deliver network enhancements while ensuring minimal operational impact. /liliSupport routing and switching activities across multiple NATO sites. /liliConfigure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise networking technologies. /liliDevelop and maintain technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).



/liliCollaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure service excellence. /liliSupport network monitoring, automation, and continuous service improvement initiatives. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /pulliMinimum of 8 years' experience in complex network engineering environments. /liliActive CCNP Enterprise or CCNP Service Provider certification. /liliStrong expertise in: BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS and IPv6 /liliExperience with SD-WAN technologies /liliExperience with Multicast networking /liliData Centre networking experience (Cisco Nexus, VXLAN, Spine-Leaf) /liliQoS design and implementation /liliNetwork security including VPNs, ACLs, IPSec and AAA /liliExperience with network automation using Python, Ansible, or Terraform. /liliStrong troubleshooting skills using tools such as Wireshark, NetFlow and SNMP. /liliExperience with network monitoring and incident management platforms. /liliKnowledge of ITIL and configuration management best practices. /liliExcellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and within multinational teams. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongDesirable /strong /pulliCCIE Enterprise Infrastructure, Routing Switching or Service Provider certification. /liliExperience working within NATO or defence environments. /liliKnowledge of NATO Command and Control (C2) systems. /liliExperience supporting international military or government organisations. /li /ul
