pb CATERING BOH SUPERINTENDENT /bbrLe informazioni riportate di seguito illustrano i requisiti del ruolo, l'esperienza richiesta ai candidati e le qualifiche associate. brpb$ - $ Euros plus 5% premio /b /pp monthly housing stipend and car allowance on top. /p pb Position Summary /b /pp Reporting directly to the Site Team Manager-Newbuild and Commissioning, Superintend serves /pp as a key Owner’s Representative within the Newbuild organization, responsible for overseeing /pp and monitoring shipyard execution, subcontractor performance, and supplier deliverables /pp related to outfitting, back-of-house (BOH), and associated vessel installations throughout the /pp yacht construction lifecycle. /pp This role is responsible for ensuring all assigned systems, equipment, and installations are /pp executed in accordance with the Shipbuilding Contract, approved technical specifications, /pp classification requirements, regulatory standards, quality expectations, and project delivery /pp milestones. Acting as an extension of the Owner’s Newbuild organization, the Inspector /pp provides technical oversight, operational guidance, quality assurance, and proactive issue /pp resolution to support timely vessel delivery, commissioning activities, and operational /pp readiness. /pp The position requires extensive cruise and yacht newbuild experience, with strong technical /pp knowledge across marine outfitting, safety systems, shipboard operations, and construction /pp methodologies. The Inspector will work collaboratively with the shipyard, architects, /pp consultants, classification societies, suppliers, operational stakeholders, and cross-functional /pp project teams to support successful execution of the project from design review through final /pp delivery and commissioning. /pp This role plays a critical function in strengthening shipyard accountability, enforcing contractual /pp and quality standards, supporting integrated commissioning efforts, minimizing delivery risk, /pp and ensuring the vessel is delivered in alignment with Owner expectations, operational /pp requirements,
and premium luxury brand standards. /ppb This position is located onsite at the Shipyards, you will be required to walk extensively, lift up to 20KG, climb scaffolding ladders and work in a construction zone. /b /ppb Key Responsibilities /b /ppb Newbuild Oversight Execution /b /pp•Provide on-site Owner representation and technical oversight for all assigned outfitting, BOH systems throughout construction, testing, commissioning, and delivery phases. /pp•Monitor shipyard progress, workmanship quality, installation sequencing, and contractor performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules. /pp•Support enforcement of quality assurance and quality control standards across all assigned scopes of work. /pp•Identify construction, installation, operational, and delivery risks proactively and collaborate with project stakeholders to develop timely corrective actions and mitigation plans. /pp•Ensure all deliverables support operational readiness, guest experience expectations, crew functionality, safety compliance, and premium yacht standards. /pp•Support integrated commissioning activities and ensure systems transition effectively /pp from construction through operational acceptance. /ppb Technical Operational Responsibilities /b /pp Primary areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
/pp•Main Galleys /pp•Provision Areas and Stores /pp•Cold Rooms and Freezers /pp•Food preparation areas /pp•Crew galleys and messes /pp•Dry Stores /pp•Beverage Stores /pp•Catering logistic routes /pp•Loading and receiving areas /pp•Bars and restaurants /pp•Apartment Catering areas /pp•Ensure operational functionality and maintainability of all spaces /pp•Responsible for the review, commenting and preparing of approval correspondence for /pp vessel plans, drawing, makers specification submitted by the Yard is attended to on time /pp•Attend at the daily inspections, commissioning activities or as directed related but not /pp limited to the above-mentioned systems /pp•Coordinate, apply quality measures and in any other way assist the Yard in complying /pp with the required standards expected the project is to be built to. Provide solutions /pp which will benefit the primarily the project, the Owner /pp•Coordinate troubleshooting and corrective actions /pp•Support the technical definition and the installation on board of the Owner supplied systems /pp•Assist for structuring the Inventory control system software (Catering and technical equipment function hierarchy, parts, and planned maintenance routines) /pp•Review and verify crew circulation routes, food flow logistics, waste handling flow, service efficiency, accessibility for maintenance and cleaning /pp•Ensure spaces are practical for real operational use and not only compliant on drawings /pp•Attend FATs and outside the Yard project activities /pp•Attend Harbor Acceptance Tests (HAT) and Sea Trials /pp•Verify system performance vs. design parameters /pp•Verify Hygiene standards, finishing quality, equipment alignment, proper drainage slopes, accessibility, equipment protection during construction /pp•Identify construction, installation, operational, and delivery risks proactively and collaborate with project stakeholders to develop timely corrective actions and mitigation plans. /pp•Ensure all deliverables support operational readiness, guest experience expectations, crew functionality, safety compliance, and premium yacht standards. xrdbqlu /pp•Support integrated commissioning activities and ensure systems transition effectively from construction through operational acceptance. /p /p
