In collaboration with client’s project leaders, you will focus on moving the project forward to meet agreed upon schedule and budget. /p pThis job is part of the Building Consultancy function. They are responsible for specialist building services including surveying, inspections, and planning. /p pbThis role will be based on our client site in Latina 4 days a week /b /p h3What You’ll Do: /h3 ulliManage all facets of cost management for single real estate projects throughout the planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. /liliAssess basic project scope and client needs to develop and present recommended budgets for necessary pre bid and pre-construction cost estimating and cost planning services. /liliPartner with project teams to source and oversee the pre-bid and pre-construction services associated with the development of a project budget and cost plan. /liliWork with the client and Project Managers to ensure all work is funded in compliance with the client's internal policies. /liliEnsure all contracts include required language aligned with lease requirements for the solicitation of all landlord contributions. /liliReview and report all bid responses to the client.



Include recommendations for items such as allowances, contingencies, and reserves. /liliAlign cost plan with project master schedule. Establish a strategy to manage cash flows and project accruals and report progress. /liliApply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions. /liliCoach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. /liliImpact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams. /liliWork within broad guidelines and policies. /li /ul h3What You’ll Need: /h3 ulliBachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. /liliAbility to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. /liliWillingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. /liliIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. /liliOrganisational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset. /liliSophisticated math skills.
