ppbInside Sales Lead /b /p pbLocation: /b Malnate (VA), Italy (Hybrid) /p pbReporting To: /b Sales Manager /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 10 Sales Administration professionals located across multiple Italian sites. /li liFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus. /li liMonitor workload, performance, and development plans to ensure effective team execution. /li liServe as the primary point of contact for selected strategic customers and key accounts. /li liBuild strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and responsiveness. /li liSupport customer escalations and coordinate timely resolution of complex issues. /li liOversee the complete order-to-delivery process for external and intercompany customers. /li liEnsure accurate and timely processing of customer orders, quotations, shipping documentation, and commercial records. /li liSupport Sales Account Managers, distributors, and direct customers throughout the commercial lifecycle. /li liAct as the key liaison between Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Production Planning, Logistics, and Finance. /li liCoordinate product availability, delivery schedules, and customer priorities to ensure business commitments are met. /li liSupport Sales and Operations Planning activities through effective communication and execution. /li liOversee export activities, international shipments, customs documentation, and licensing requirements. /li liEnsure compliance with company policies, trade regulations, export controls, and applicable legal requirements. /li liManage activities related to defense and controlled products where applicable. /li liIdentify opportunities to improve customer service, order management, and commercial processes.
