**Overview** J.P. Morgan's Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) is a global leader across Banking, Research, Markets, Wholesale Payments and Securities Services. The Marketing & Communications team within CIB is responsible for Media Relations, Internal Communications, Social Media, Content and Client Marketing.
**Position summary** **More about the role**: - Responsibilities as part of this role include: - Conveying messages for press coverage around business, research and Corporate Responsibility projects
- Fully managing logistics for media interviews or conversations, and supporting our spokespeople throughout these interactions
- Creating and maintaining media lists and press briefing documents
- Collaborat ing across the Marketing & Communications organi s ation on executive communications, social media and content development
- Assisting in creating quarterly measurement reports for the regional Marketing & Communications team
- Responding to incoming calls from clients, vendors and various counterparts etc. looking for general information
- Handling audit and other Compliance requirements Required- BA in Communications, Public Relations or Journalism preferred
- 2-3 years of experience preferred, ideally in supporting financial services companies
- Fluency in Italian, English and Spanish
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize high volume, high priority initiatives in a deadline-driven environment
- An obsessive attention to detail, a deep respect for journalism, and a curiosity to learn more about banking




- Ability to make good judgement calls
- Ability to work independently to execute on projects while taking direction from multiple managers
- Advanced understanding of media monitoring tools for reporting purposes
- Expertise in Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
- Initiatives in a deadline-driven environment
