Mandate:
The role of this Manager, in staff to the Deputy CEO, is pivotal in building and maintaining strong relationships between the company and all the other functions and managers of the other Companies of the Group. He/she will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are satisfied, a team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the Group. Assistance in defining strategic plans and their implementation Client Relationship Management Develop strategic account plans to achieve client goals and company objectives Client Advocacy Revenue Generation Contract Negotiation Market Knowledge **Requisiti**:
Specific requirements:
Master degree preferred in Business Administration or Management Engineer 3/5 years of prior experience in supporting C-suite Directors in business evaluation, client management, providing solutions matured in the pharma, or chemical, or Consultancy, or financial services industries We’d like to meet analytical and structured person with excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English, commercial awareness, relationship building, excellent organization and time-management ability, excellent negotiation skills.
