We're seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to help us expand our online presence with a focus on implementing short form video content strategies on Tiktok and Instagram. **Role and Responsibilities**:
As our Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's online identity and engaging with our target audience. You will be responsible for: - Conceptualizing, planning, and executing compelling, high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok.
- Collaborating with local photographers, makeup artists, models, and other creative professionals to create the desired social media content.
- Editing and retouching videos and photos before posting to social media platforms.
- Managing the content calendar and ensuring timely and consistent postings that resonate with our audience.
- Engaging with followers, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to increase engagement rates.




- Monitoring cosmetics and beauty trends, competitors, and best practices to keep the brand's social media efforts current and innovative. **Qualifications**: - Extensive experience in managing TikTok/IG for brands or creating your own high quality social media content.
- Strong networking skills to contact, negotiate, and arrange local and international collaborations.
- Experience with video editing software and tools
- English language - level min. B2
