Posizione:

Web Developer The Web Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications that support MSC's digital customer platforms. Working within a global development team, the role contributes to the delivery of scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions,



ensuring compliance with software development standards, enterprise architecture, and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies and modern web development frameworks.
- Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing technical components aligned with coding standards and architectural guidelines.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions on time and according to quality standards.
- Participate in application architecture, system integration, and component design within the enterprise environment.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, ensuring knowledge sharing and solution traceability.
- Contribute to Communities of Practice by reviewing implementations, sharing best practices, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support stakeholder collaboration, troubleshoot application issues, and contribute to training and knowledge transfer activities.

Requisiti:

Qualifications and Experience

- Proven experience developing enterprise web applications using Microsoft .NET C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks such as React.
- Experience with software architecture principles, application design, and enterprise development best practices.
- Knowledge of Entity Framework, WCF, and web services integration.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale applications using Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills,



with experience working in global and multicultural teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and technical documentation.
- Excellent written and spoken English.

The position will be classified within the Employee category, at one of the C2, C3, B1 or B2 levels under the Italian Metalworking Industry National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria).

The classification level and any additional remuneration components supplementing the base salary will be determined based on an assessment, carried out during the selection process, of objective and neutral criteria such as, by way of example, the candidate’s professional experience, technical skills, level of autonomy and the responsibilities required by the role.
