Mavimatt is an Italian design furniture brand creating handcrafted collectible furniture and design objects made in Italy. Our collections are defined by organic forms, bold identities and exceptional craftsmanship, and are distributed worldwide.
We are looking for a highly talented Senior CGI Artist who combines outstanding technical rendering skills with a refined artistic vision.
This is not a standard 3D rendering position.
We are searching for someone capable of creating emotionally engaging visualizations where every decision—from composition and lighting to colours, materials and styling—is carefully designed to elevate our products.
What You’ll Do
- Create high-end photorealistic interior and architectural visualizations for our furniture collections.
- Design complete environments around Mavimatt products with exceptional attention to composition and atmosphere.
- Select materials, finishes, textures and colour palettes that enhance the visual impact of each product.
- Develop lighting that creates emotion, depth and visual hierarchy.
- Curate decorative objects and scene styling with restraint and purpose, ensuring they support rather than compete with the furniture.
- Build images that communicate the identity of a contemporary luxury design brand.
- Collaborate closely with the founder to define and continuously refine Mavimatt’s visual language.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone with a strong artistic eye and a deep understanding of luxury interiors and visual storytelling.
Every image should feel intentional, elegant and memorable.
Our products must always remain the focal point of the scene.
Technical Skills
Experience with one or more of the following is expected:
- 3ds Max
- Corona Renderer
- V-Ray
- Blender
- Cinema 4D
- Unreal Engine (optional)
- Photoshop
- Other professional visualization software
What We Value Most
More than software knowledge, we value visual culture.
A background or genuine passion for architecture, interior design, furniture design, photography, fashion, contemporary art or visual arts is considered a strong advantage.
We are looking for someone who doesn’t simply create realistic renders, but builds images with identity, emotion and timeless elegance.
Portfolio Requirement
Your portfolio is the most important part of your application.
Please include projects that demonstrate:
- Exceptional photorealism
- Strong artistic direction
- Refined material selection
- Sophisticated lighting
- Luxury interior visualization
- Outstanding scene composition
- Attention to styling and detail
