Want to join the ride? We are looking for a **Plant Manager** for a Power Plant in Acajutla,El Salvador. **Experience**: - At least 8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Lead and manage operation, maintenance, local support areas and procure effective coordination with other company areas to ensure customer satisfaction and to achieve contractual commitments (i.e. Guaranteed performance, deliverables).




- Follow up Plant performance indexes and detect analyse positive/negative deviation to find root cause to support/follow up corrective plans or share lessons learned
- Communicate effectively with the plant team on relevant matters about the condition of the plant equipment and performance; guidelines and contract delivery risks that requires teamwork commitment and involvement to achieve improvements.
- Deliver all contractual commitments related with reports, planning and implementation of plant operations & maintenance.
- Implement plant safety policy, perform Health and Safety Activities, organise Maintenance Kick-Off Meeting
- Prepare reports, plans and budgets as instructed by the Agreement Manager. Approve Maintenance Tasks
- Identify and actively seek to improve operational & maintenance reliability, availability and performance guarantees stated in the contract. **Knowledge & Skills**: - Cost awarness efectiveness
