Enrollment and Student Services Officer

Supports the promotion programs by recruiting and counseling candidates and ensuring follow-up throughout the enrollment and admissions process.

Contributes to the organization of on-campus and online promotional events.

Key purpose of the role

- Enrollment Ensures an efficient enrollment process through the qualification of leads from the CRM system (Salesforce); supports follow-up activities with prospective students and provides administrative support to facilitate the enrollment process.

- Admissions and Counselling Supports the admissions process and organizes interviews with prospective students and their families to facilitate enrollment.





- Reporting Supports the production of a weekly report on generated leads and pipeline status.

- Events Supports all activities related to the organization of on-campus and online promotional events (open days, admission tests).
