The Role

As a Front-End Web Developer at Air Apps, you will be responsible for crafting seamless, high-performance, and visually engaging web experiences. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and back-end developers to build and optimize user interfaces using modern web technologies. Your work will directly impact millions of users, ensuring intuitive and efficient interactions with our AI-powered platform.

- This is a fully onsite position , based at our office in Lisbon, where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in person and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are open to support with relocation efforts .

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular .

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into interactive and accessible web interfaces.

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Implement reusable components and maintainable front-end architectures.

- Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies, trends, and best practices.

- Debug and resolve front-end issues to ensure a smooth user experience.

Requirements





- Around 3+ years of experience in front-end web development.

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular .

- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex, or Zustand).

- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility .

- Knowledge of CSS pre-processors (SASS, LESS) and front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite).

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and front-end performance optimization techniques .

- Experience with version control systems like Git .

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
