Technical Support Engineer - Micro Channel Heat Exchangers

Responsibilities

- Management of technical requirements from customers in Commercial HVAC and Data Center Cooling, leading to selecting the best solution in close collaboration with Product Development and R&D; departments.
- Follow up projects from “customer request” to “mass production”, anticipating and resolving technical roadblocks throughout sales process.
- Collaborating with commercial team members to identify key customers, opportunities; assess needs and recommend solutions.
- Able to provide hands-on experience both pre and after sales.
- Working closely with new product developers to fully understand all key features and provide suggestions for improvement and usability in customer applications.




- Collaborating cross-functionally to develop and execute sales strategies and launch products and applications to key customers.
- Providing pre-sale product/technical support to ensure proper product specification and selection as needed.
- Visiting key customers (along with local Sales Managers) to provide application/system level technical assistance/guidance.
- Attending conferences, exhibitions and in general work on technical materials aimed to the promotion of our technologies and products.

Requirements:

- Engineering degree with strong knowledge of thermodynamics, HVAC systems, and applied refrigeration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support and/or product management roles, ideally within a sales department. Experience in heat exchangers is an advantage.
- Result-oriented mindset, with the ability and willingness to analyze and act upon business results.
- Experience working in an international environment with diverse cultures, perspectives, and backgrounds
- Willingness to travel approx. 30% of time, primarily within Europe.
- Proven ability to build successful business relationships with external customers and partners, as well as internal colleagues across Sanhua.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including proficiency with MS Office products.
- Self-motivated with ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and work effectively within a complex matrix organization.
- Fluent English and Italian; additional European languages are highly desirable.
