About the Role We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our Manufacturing team in Piacenza. This position is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an early-career professional with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to learn, take ownership and grow within a rapidly evolving organization.

The Supply Chain

Specialist will support procurement, planning, supplier management and logistics activities, contributing to the efficient execution of manufacturing projects and operations. Working closely with Engineering, Production, Quality and Project teams, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring material availability and supplier performance while gaining broad exposure to the end-to-end supply chain process.

Responsibilities Support procurement activities for manufacturing projects and operations.

Manage supplier communications and follow up on purchase orders and deliveries.

Monitor material availability and support production planning activities.





Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure timely procurement of technical materials and components.

Track supplier performance, delivery schedules and critical supply chain risks.

Support inventory management and stock optimization initiatives.

Contribute to supply chain reporting, KPI monitoring and data analysis.

Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing efficiency, reliability and cost competitiveness.

Support the qualification and development of new suppliers when required.

Qualifications Degree or diploma in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related disciplines.

Recent graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience.

Required Skills Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

Positive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Proficiency in Italian and English.

Preferred Skills Exposure to procurement, planning, logistics or manufacturing environments.

Familiarity with ERP systems.

Knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory management principles.

Experience working with technical suppliers or industrial products.

Advanced Excel skills.

Pay range and compensation package Permanent, full-time contract. Competitive compensation package aligned with seniority (indicative base salary: €28,000 – €40,000 gross/year).
